SOAPNUT DIY- Laundry Washing

This is the continued series of Soapnut DIY techniques . If you have not gone through our previous article we encourage you to do so.
This is going to be very simple technique where you can completely replace your chemical rich laundry powder or laundry washing liquid with Soapnuts .
There are three ways you can use soapnuts in your laundry washing .
- 1. By using our soapnut base liquid
- 2. Directly using raw soapnuts
- 3. By using soapnut powder
we will go through each of the technique to understand better
By using our soapnut base liquid
In our first article we have seen how do we extract soapnut liquid which will act as base for all soapnut diy products .
On place of laundry liquid , take around 3-5 spoon of soapnut base liquid and put it on your liquid container in washing machine .
Directly using raw soapnuts
Take around 10 soapnuts and put it in sock or paper bag . Then Directly put this along with your laundry and run the washing machine . You dont need any powder or liquid when you are using raw saopnuts .
When laundry is being washed , soapnin from soapnuts will be extracted and it will wash your clothes .
By using soapnut powder
This is another simple method , where in place of washing powder you can use soapnut powder and run the washing machine .
Pro Tips: When you are using the raw soapnuts for washing , you can use the used sock with soapnut multiple times . one sock or paper bag can be used for 3-4 wash. So do not throw the sock after your first wash, instead re-use !
